Alison Antonette, BSc (FN), DDEPT, RD
Hi! I’m Alison a Registered Dietitian practicing out of Owen Sound, Ontario. Thank you for stopping by! I’m here to help you develop and shape your nutrition habits to enhance your health & quality of life. Here is a little more about me:
A love for food! Obvious? 🙂 Probably. Having a healthy relationship with food is important. Food is fuel for your body but it’s also so much more than that. It is unique to you, your cultural and sometimes social needs.
Helping people realize what proper nutrition can do for their body and how good it can make them feel and perform is one of my main goals.
A love for organization! Anyone who knows me well knows that I am someone who loves to take information or items and help create plans and adjust ideas until it is streamlined.
When working with clients, this means we look at more than just food to the big picture of what’s going on in all aspects of life. This helps develop healthy nutrition habits that work for your lifestyle, will be easier to implement and achieve success!
A love for dogs! Meet our puppy, Rigs! Having a puppy has brought so much happiness into our little family and has made getting outdoors in Grey-Bruce winters much more enjoyable
